We provide solutions to vastly decrease the downtime generally experienced by our type of work as well as the potential decreases in productivity. We are committed to delivering our services as promised, on time, and within our budget.

History

  CIR Group was founded in 2005 as Commercial Interior Resources by Judy Burgdolf and Dan Patrus as a certified WBENC Woman owned business. At its inception, the prime focus and core of our business revolved around architectural and finish trades for large scale commercial clients, primarily large scale office environments. The initial focus was to provide self-perform labor and material services for architectural trades. This included but was not limited to floorcoverings, paint, millwork, rough and finish carpentry, demolition, acoustical ceilings etc.
  As our core business evolved we continued to expand our capabilities into interior design, design/build contracting, general contracting services, and interior renovations of existing structures. As time went on our business model expanded into the full building aspect, allowing us to service clients on all levels from planning to execution. Because of this, Commercial Interior Resources became CIR Group as our clients began to use us as a one stop shop for all of their commercial real estate needs, whether it be heavy industrial, office space, retail, restaurants, public space, municipal, medical, etc.
